Over-damasking?
If you could sum up my love for decor in one word, it would be DAMASK. Even my company logo is a damask print that I half-handcrafted
But with the rise of the available Damask Decor in every store I can think of Walmart, Target, Pier One, Macys, etc, I fear that my personal taste will become too cliche for everyone else. Especially now that most damask decor is on sale. Once something is over saturated, it's no longer sought after... What once meant a great bargin, now signifies "out with the old..." I am so sad, because I have waited forrrrever to decorate my apartment with damask accents. Perhaps I've waited too long...
How much do you think that seat is worth?

I LOVE damask :P But I agree with you that it is everywere today, kinda annoying. But it still makes it easier for people on budget like us :P
Where did you get the stencil for your wall?? And what kind of spray did you use? I've been thinking about doing this in my apartment - I've been looking at this site: http://www.stencil-library.com/ But it can be a little expensive...
